Although we are based in West Berkshire, the bulk of our client work over the years has been with businesses in London and the wider South East. Fitbit's UK marketing platform, the Active Learning Group's eCommerce engine, and Maxcroft Securities' loan processing system — all built and supported from our Lambourn Valley office, all running for some of the most demanding businesses in the region.
The reason it works is geography. We are about as close to London as you can be without paying London prices. A direct GWR service from Newbury or Reading puts us at Paddington in an hour. The M4 is two minutes from our door. From there, the M25, the M3, the M40 and the A34 open up almost everywhere south and east of Birmingham.

Our Lambourn Valley base sits on top of the West-of-London transport network — mainline rail to Paddington, the M4 east, the A34 south to the M3, and the M25 within easy reach.
An hour to Paddington
Direct GWR services from Newbury (~60 min) and Reading (~30 min) into London Paddington, with onward Elizabeth line connections to the City, Canary Wharf and beyond. We use the train more often than the car for London meetings — it's faster and we can work the whole way.
The M4 to London
Junction 14 of the M4 is two minutes from our door. London is a 75-minute drive; Slough, Maidenhead, Reading and the entire Thames Valley are inside an hour. The M25 picks us up at junction 15 for everywhere on the orbital.
The A34 and M3
The A34 takes us straight south to the M3, opening up Basingstoke, Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth and the south coast within 90 to 120 minutes. Easy access to Surrey and Hampshire businesses without needing to go via London.
Surrey, Sussex, Kent
From the M25 we can reach almost any town in the South East within two hours of leaving home. Guildford, Crawley, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Brighton, Sevenoaks — all within a single working day, there and back.
